Fiberglass-faced gypsum sheathing provides the mold and moisture resistance to both protec- tect your next project from the elements and provide the high recycled content to contribute to LEED pointes as well. Developed for use in commercial and residential applications under a broad range of exterior veneers including brick, stone, metal, wood and vinyl as well as EIFS and curtainwall systems. This kind of gypsum also adds structural strength, fire resistance and a warranty for up to 12 months of exposure in normal weather conditions. It is avaiable in 1/2" and 5/8" thicknesses, a 48' width and lengths of 8',9',10', and 12'. Plus, it's lighter and easier to handle than other glass -faced gypsum sheathing. It is the glass mat-faced gypsum that offers the most benefits in your project's construction process and contributes the most value toward environmental certification.
Performance, durability & Green building credits
Fiberglass-faced gypsum sheathing features an enhanced gypsun core sandwiched between naturally mold- and moisture-resistant fiberglass-mat facers. This provides excellent exposure durability for up to 12 monthes. In addition, the high recycled content of this kind of product contributes valuabke credits to LEED and other green-building system certifications.
Packing and Storage :
This product is wound onto a paper tube and wrapped up with plastic film, which can be wrapped up with kraft paper.The rolls are be vertical placed. Products shall be placed under dryness condition and the covering membrane shall be no opened until applying.

It wildly applied in surface of FRP products, pipes, house roofing .

Company Profile
Founded in 1960, it was called Building 253 plant., then Imported production technology from the British Scott Bader Co. In 1966 to produce unsaturated polyester resin for the domestic fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP) industry. In 1980, it was called Changzhou Tianma Group, its is a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province, we have been awarded ISO9001 certification, in addition to DNV approval for our fiberglass chopped strand mat and gel-coat resin.
Manufacturing various types of fiberglass roving, fiberglass woven roving, fiberglass chopped strand mat, and fiberglass stitch-bonded mat, we have a yearly output capacity of 20, 000 metric tons. Meanwhile, we are also producing gel-coat resin, color paste, hardener, accelerator, SMC and BMC. Our third series is FRP products, such as cooling towers, storage tanks, auto accessories, and FRP chairs. The last line we are engaged in is transportation project materials, including fiberglass geo-grids, poly geo-grids, and anti-dazzle boards.
Having received an export license in 1999, we have enlarged our sales volumes significantly over the past few years. With annual revenues worth USD50, 000, 000, overseas sales accounted for 10 percent of our profits in 2003. Main international markets now include Europe, the USA, Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Employing over 1, 300 staff, including 420 technical and management personnel, we have been commended as a provincial grade research institute for FRP and FRP raw materials.
