Unidirectional Fabrics

It is a stitch-bonded composite reinforcement combining continuous roving oriented in the 0°or 90°directions into a single fabric. It can be with mat or without mat It is ideal for applications such as wind blades, marine panel, snowboards, truck and trailer panel.

Package & Storage:

The fabrics should be stored away from heat and moisture, and in their original packaging. The best conditions are : temperatures between 15 and 35 , humidity between 35 and 65%. If the product is not stored under these specifications , it is advisable to condition it in  the workshop for at least 24 hours before use, to prevent condensation. The pallets can be stored in 2 levels(1/1). Tianma  recommends that the material be used according to FIFO(first in, first our)method. It is recommended the use of a spacer plae(10mm) between the pallets.

For our Fiberglass products,we have the machine for multi-iaxial fabric, woven roving ,chopped strand mat,tissue in wet way,stitched bonded mat.
Allo rovings are produced by our own fiberglass furnace.
