1) casting matrix should follow GB/T8237-2005. Curing system: accelerator 0.8%Co/oct 1.0 %, curing agent: Butanox M-50 1.5%.
2) Post-curing of casting matrix: room temperature*24 hours+60ºC*3 hours+110ºC*2 hours.
3) Post-curing of FRP: room temperature*24 hours+60ºC*3 hours+110ºC*2 hours.
4,Instruction for use
1) High efficiency colorless accelerator shall be avoided in use. Otherwise, it will be easy to cause poor curing of products, which leads to surface stickiness. Special FRP accelerant such as E4 shall be selected to use.
2) When the ambient temperature is high and the gel time of resin is short, do not reduce the dosage of curing agent, gel retardants should be added as needed.
3) When the humidity of construction environment or the temperature is high, it is also easy to cause the surface to become sticky. Wax liquid can be added appropriately.
5,Storage And Transportation
The loading and transportation must follow the rules in chapter 5 of dangerous chemicals regulations .The products should be stored under 25ºC and avoid the sunlight, heat source ,fire source and radiant point. The shelf life in right environment is 3 months.

Company Profile
Founded in 1960, it was called Building 253 plant., then Imported production technology from the British Scott Bader Co. In 1966 to produce unsaturated polyester resin for the domestic fiberglass reinforced plastics (FRP) industry. In 1980, it was called Changzhou Tianma Group, its is a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province, we have been awarded ISO9001 certification, in addition to DNV approval for our fiberglass chopped strand mat and gel-coat resin.
Manufacturing various types of fiberglass roving, fiberglass woven roving, fiberglass chopped strand mat, and fiberglass stitch-bonded mat, we have a yearly output capacity of 20, 000 metric tons. Meanwhile, we are also producing gel-coat resin, color paste, hardener, accelerator, SMC and BMC. Our third series is FRP products, such as cooling towers, storage tanks, auto accessories, and FRP chairs. The last line we are engaged in is transportation project materials, including fiberglass geo-grids, poly geo-grids, and anti-dazzle boards.
Having received an export license in 1999, we have enlarged our sales volumes significantly over the past few years. With annual revenues worth USD50, 000, 000, overseas sales accounted for 10 percent of our profits in 2003. Main international markets now include Europe, the USA, Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Employing over 1, 300 staff, including 420 technical and management personnel, we have been commended as a provincial grade research institute for FRP and FRP raw materials.
